A2A Accu-sim T-6 Texan for Prepar3D V4, New Update

A2A Simulations has released a new product update for the developers Accu-sim T-6 Texan for Prepar3D V4.  The latest update brings the software up to version and offers various fixes and improvements to the existing model.  Moreover, the latest build now implements Dynamic Rain Effects.

The developer released a similar update just yesterday for both the Cessna 172 and Cessna 182.  Keep in mind, A2A is adding dynamic rain features to all Prepar3D V4 aircraft in the near future.

Please see below for a complete changelog.

Version Changes

  • Added windshield rain effect.
  • Added an option to select which audio device Accu-Sim sounds are played through (‘Add-ons’ menu → ‘Accusim sound menu’).
  • Fixed bug causing 2-D map window to become wrongly-shaped.
  • Reduced AFK “emergency” low power trigger from 10 hp to 1 hp.
  • Revised AFK feature so that if the predicted time to ground contact is < 5 minutes, the sim will pause.

As usual, the update is available via the “Check For Updates” icon in the Windows start menu.
