Aerosoft Announces Faroe Islands XP by Maps2XPlane

Jan Depenbusch of Aerosoft has officially announced Faroe Islands XP.  The project by Maps2XPlane in cooperation with Albert Ràfols is a large scale development featuring the entire Faroe Islands archipelago.  Product features include high resolution mesh, custom seasonal terrain textures, representative autogen, eight helipads, a detailed representation of Vágar Airport, and more.  Release is planned before Christmas.

• High resolution terrain mesh with various texture sets for a seasonal representation
• Customized local terrain details, e.g. realistically sloped runway at the Vágar Airport
