Aerosoft Announces Geneva Airport for X-Plane 11

Aerosoft has announced development of LSGG, Geneva Airport for X-Plane 11.  The project is being developed by Omar Masroor and according to Jan Depenbusch of Aerosoft, “There will also be a version for P3Dv4.”.  Moreover, the X-Plane 11 version will feature “custom terrain mesh that has been developed from an actual digital elevation model.  It has a planar resolution of 5 metres and an altimetric resolution of 5 centimetres.”.

The airport is a large scale international facility located in Geneva, Switzerland handling approximately 17 million passengers per annum.  Commercial airlines serving the airport include Swiss International Air Lines, Air Canada, easyJet, United Airlines, Emirates, and many more.
