The development team at AI Traffic Live have released a new product update bringing the software up to Version 1.1. Perhaps most important, according to the developer, “It brings a major feature requested by users: real traffic from en-route airports among other improvements.” Specifically, the software will now load real flights from primary airports along your route (versus only aircraft arriving at your destination as in the previous version). The feature is applied to Canada and the US only although more regions are coming soon.
Moreover, the update includes improved AI braking and roll out, the addition of missing airports, and multiple bug fixes.
For those unfamiliar with the program, AI Traffic Live is described as “…an innovative Windows app that will look for real life airline flights in real time and compile them to be used as AI traffic in your FSX or Prepar3D flight simulator.”
The software is sold as a subscription model and is currently priced at $3.50 USD per month. Please note, a complimentary demo is available.
