GREECE – FlyTampa has officially announced LGTS, Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia” for X-Plane 11. Accompanying the project announcement, the developer included several preview images showcasing the terminal building, surrounding area, and sloped runway. Moreover and perhaps most important, according to FlyTampa, release is “coming soon.”
For those unfamiliar with the area, LGTS is a busy commercial facility serving the city of Thessaloniki. Traffic wise, the airport handles approximately 6.7 million passengers per annum and is currently the third largest airport in Greece.

Further, in regard to FlyTampa Athens for X-Plane 11, the developer remarks, “Athens is in testing and will be available shortly after [Thessaloniki].”
