Freeware, vFlyteAir Ryan Navion 205 for X-Plane 11

We’re a little bit late to this one but nonetheless, almost two weeks ago, vFlyteAir released the freeware Ryan Navion 205 for X-Plane 11.  According to vFlyteAir, “We’ve tried to capture the essence of this classic model in the details.  Period-correct gauges and instruments with time-worn interior textures will make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time.”

Moreover, with respect to instrumentation, the developer explains, “It features a Brittain B-4 autopilot with wing-leveler, HDG, VOR track and Approach capability and has an Altitude Hold button also.  A vintage OBS instrument allows VOR tracking.”  Other product features include HDR lights, PBR textures, and FMOD sounds.

The Navion is a 1950’s era single engine four seat unpressurized general aviation aircraft.
