FSDG Cape Town International Airport, Delayed

Flight Sim Development Group has delayed the planned release target for the developers upcoming FACT, Cape Town International Airport scenery for FSX and Prepar3D.  Originally planned for late August, then September 12, release has now been pushed back approximately 3 to 4 weeks.  The delay is a direct result of changes to the real world airport.

Not so fun FACT:

Did you know?  There’s a lot going on at Cape Town International Airport at the moment.  They partially changed the ground layout, reconstructed on of the radar towers, add new Safegate systems to the ramps, reassigned hangars,…

We decided to take our time to incoorporate these changes in the scenery, which will add 3-4 weeks to development time.  Expect the scenery to hit our store in the early days of October.

Nonetheless, the delay certainly seems justified in the spirit of releasing the most accurate scenery possible.
