MK-Studios Rome Rebooted

MK-Studios has announced a complete rebuild of the developers LIRF, Rome Fiumicino Airport scenery.  Accompanying the announcement, the developer posted a single preview image offering an early peek at terminal design work.  Specifically, according to MK-Studios, “Roma new terminal wip.  The airport will be totally rebooted.  New ground textures and effects with up to date layout.  Remodeled and retextured buildings.  New satellite image with extended coverage.  Fixed sode jetways.  And much more!  Planned for 2019.”

Although there is no formal clarification regarding platform compatibility, in my opinion, there is a high likelihood the scenery will support Prepar3D V4 only.

Moreover, as previously reported, MK-Studios is also working on Dublin Airport – the project was confirmed earlier this month.  When questioned by a Facebook user regarding the current status of the Dublin project, the developer responds, “So far so good.  We’re working on it.”
