Thranda Announces Pilatus PC-6 Porter, X-Plane 11

Thranda Design has announced in-house development of the Pilatus PC-6 Porter for X-Plane 11.  According to the developer, “At least two versions will be offered, with quite likely an expansion pack (including floats, tundra tires, parachute jumper configuration, G1000 option, and different engine models).  But the plane will most likely start out as the B1 version with mostly steam gauges as the base pack.  There will be several configuration options possible in real-time via pop-up menus (kinda like the Kodiak).”.

Moreover, Thranda has already released a number of preview images, both preliminary renders and in-simulator captures, please see below.

The initial previews certainly look very promising, very much looking forward to more.  I have no doubt that there is significant interest in the high quality development of this uniquely versatile aircraft.
